TENDER NOTICE

INTERNATIONAL RESTRICTED CALL OF TENDER N°003/NAV/TTA/2024

FOR THE ACQUISITION OF TWO NEW

TURBOPROP AIRCRAFT WITH A CAPACITY OF 19 PASSENGER SEATS

As part of its development activities plan, the Algerian airline company TASSILI TRAVAIL AERIEN Spa, by abbreviation TTA, launches this National and International Restricted Call for Tender, for the acquisition of two (02) new turboprop aircraft, certified for a capacity of 19 passengers, intended for air taxi, medical evacuation and cargo operations.

This call for tender is restricted to aircraft manufacturers only.

Manufacturers how wishes to participate to this call of Tender may apply using the address below to obtain the Tender Documents or can appoint their exclusive representatives to act in their stead in all matters relating to this call to Tender: dao.003.nav@tta.dz.

The tender documents must be retired starting from the date of publication of this notice on the BAOSEM. This will be made without fees.

The bidding process will be carried out in two steps:

Step 1 : Technical offer

Technical offers must be submitted to the “COP « Commission d’Ouverture des Plis »
 Tender Opening Committee, at the headquarters of the company TASSILI TRAVAIL AERIEN Spa, before July 15, 2024 at 13:30. Any offer received after the deadline will be rejected.

The bid opening session for the technical offer, which will take place on the same day, at 13:40, will be public with the bidders or their duly mandated and exclusive representatives who wish to attend.

Step 2 : Financial offer

Bidders whose technical bids meets tender requirements will be invited to submit their financial bids in the second step.

Tenderers' bids will remain valid for One Hundred and Twenty (120) calendar days from the date of bid submission.
