NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL TENDER NOTICE

N° 57/24/AONI/DIR/CAN/B.GPL

The National Company of Marketing and Distributing Oil Products-NAFTAL Spa-, LPG Branch, issues a national and international open competitive invitation to tender, regarding:

ACQUISITION OF VALVES AND ACTUATORS FOR GPL PIPELINES AND RELATED FACILITIES

divided into five (05) lots:

• Lot n°01: Manual valves;
• Lot n°02: Fittings;
• Lot n°03: Booster station valves;
• Lot n°04: Motorized valves;
• Lot n° 05: Regulation valves.

The specifications’ withdrawal shall be made nearby: Audit Directorate- Contracts’ Department At the address mentioned above, at 42 day (at 15h30) as of the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM, by every interested tenderer, in return of the payment a non-repayable amount of 20.000,00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers, and 200,00€ for the foreign ones, by bank transfer to the following accounts:

External Bank of Algeria (BEA), NAFTAL Chéraga Site

Bidders may submit an offer for one (01) or several lots.

The submission mode in 02 steps applies to this invitation to tender, In the 1 step of this invitation to tender, the technical offers must be submitted with no reference to the price.

The tenderers are requested to join their technical offers with a submission bail with an amount of

Lots n°01 & n°05: One million Algerian Dinars (1,000,000.00 DA) for national bidders, or Six Thousand Euros (6,000.00 €) for foreign bidders, for each lot;

Lot n°02: Six Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (600,000.00 DA) for national bidders, or Five Thousand Euros (5,000.00 €) for foreign bidders;

Lots n°03 & n°04: One Million Five Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (1,500,000.00 DA) for national bidders, or Ten Thousand Euros (10,000.00 €) for foreign bidders, for each lot.

This submission bail must be issued from a bank of first rate nearby BEA, and whose validity duration equals the validity duration of the offers, assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days or 150 days.

The reception and opening of the technical offers are done in a public session at the address mentioned above, in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives duly mandated, and whose date, time, and place shall be object of confirmation by an invitation letter directly to all the tenderers having withdrawn the specifications.

The external envelope containing the technical offers must be anonymous and carries only the following mention:

The tenderers that are selected at the first step after the technical offers’ evaluation shall be invited to participate in the second step to submit their financial offers at the date, time and place that shall be communicated to them eventually.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 calendar days as of the date of the folds’ opening (technical offers).
