Ball valves 2inches, 4”, 10”, 14”, 16” and 28”

Globe valves 2”, 4”, 10”

Diverse: joints, stems, nuts

The tender mode in one single stage applies to the present invitation to tender..

In the present invitation to tender, the technical tenders, without any price indication and the financial tenders must be handed over, at the same time, in two separate sealed envelopes put inside the same sealed and anonymous envelope bearing only the following marks “A NE PAS OUVRIR” at the following address:

No later than December, 19th 2018 at 15:00.

The tenderers must satisfy all the following minimal qualification criteria:

-Owning a trade register containing the activity code corresponding to the tenders’ dossier object;

-owning a healthy and balanced financial situation;

-Supply a technical offer that is conform to the technical specifications in the tender’s dossier;

- Litigation history or arbitration proceedings in progress, if applicable;

-Having achieved 02 projects similar to the tender’s object

Required documents list: (according to the required content):

The technical offer submission letter, valid for all the process duration;
Power delegation of the signatory, power delegation for the Groupings;
Submission bail according to the attached sample;
Commitment letter, according to the attached sample, duly signed by the tenderer;
Subscription declaration;
The administrative file as detailed in Point 9.1 above;
Section 4 (Technical File) initialed and signed and carrying, on its last page the mention “Lu et Accepté”;
The contract project, initialed and signed and carrying, on its last page, the mention “Lu et Accepté”;
The tender’s dossier carrying, on its last page, the mention “Lu et accepté”.

Administrative file:

The company’s status;
Copy of the trade register;
Update of the tax situation in Algeria;
Situation with regard to the social security organizations;
The tenderer’s financial situation containing the balance sheets and results of the three last years;
Past and current Litigation history;
Copy of the criminal record for the physical persons;
Signatory power habilitated to act in the name and profit of the tenderer and engaging the society or the company for achieving the project in this tender’s dossier. It must be original, dated an signed by the tenderer;
Copy of the payment voucher of the specifications’ withdrawal charges.

The financial tenders accompanied by a tender bond (bank tender bond) of 2.000.000.00DZD for the Algerian tenderers, or its equivalent in foreign currency for the foreign ones, issued from an Algerian bank in return of a foreign bank warranty of first rate for the foreign tenderers, whose validity is equal to tender validity that is 180 days with an additional time of 30 calendar days as from the technical tender opening date

the folds’ containing the technical tenders shall be opened in the presence of tenderers’ representative (s) which would like to attend the tenders opening session which shall take place at the following address

The financial tenders shall be opened and examined in the presence of tenderers whose which would like to attend the financial tenders’ examination and opening session or their representatives authorized during it. The latter shall take place at the date, time and address mentioned in the invitations that will be addressed to only bidders whose technical tenders are declared conform to the tender’s package requirement.

Tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders (technical and Financial) for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days as of the technical tenders’ opening date, assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days.
