NOTICE OF OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDERS

N°18/APT/RTH/EXP/2025

1. SONATRACH Company, Pipeline Transport Activity, Operations Division, Haoud El Hamra Regional Directorate, P.O. Box 96 Hassi Messaoud, Ouargla Province, hereby launches a National and International Open Call for Tenders for: Acquisition of various detectors, pressure switches, solenoid valves, and probes for the equipment of the RTH region, divided into four (04) lots:

-Lot No. 1: Acquisition of various detectors.

-Lot No. 2: Acquisition of pressure switches.

-Lot No. 3: Acquisition of solenoid valves.

-Lot No. 4: Acquisition of temperature, vibration probes, and proximity sensors.

2. The Tender File may be requested at the following email address: spm.rth@sonatrach.dz, no later than the thirtieth (30th) day from the date of its publication in the BAOSEM, by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Three Thousand Algerian Dinars (3,000.00 DA) for companies governed by Algerian law and Thirty Euros (30 €) for companies governed by foreign law.

The Payment must be made by transfer to bank account No. 00200035350476018506 opened at B.E.A Hassi Messaoud, and the payment receipt must be made out in the name of the concerned company.

Submission of a copy of the electronic commercial register extract (including the candidate’s email address and phone number) is mandatory at the time of collection.

3. The single-stage submission method applies to this Invitation to Tender.

4. Under this call for tenders, the technical offers, which must not contain any price indication, and the financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained within a single anonymous outer envelope, no later than the seventieth (70th) day at 3:30 p.m. from the date of publication of the notice in the BAOSEM, at the following address:

5. The technical offers must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the amount of:

Lot No. 1: One Million Algerian Dinars (1,000,000.00 DA) for companies governed by Algerian law, or Ten Thousand Euros (10,000.00 €) for companies governed by foreign law.

Lot No. 2: Two Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (200,000.00 DA) for companies governed by Algerian law, or Two Thousand Euros (2,000.00 €) for companies governed by foreign law.

Lot No. 3: Three Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (300,000.00 DA) for companies governed by Algerian law, or Three Thousand Euros (3,000.00 €) for companies governed by foreign law.

Lot No. 4: Four Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (400,000.00 DA) for companies governed by Algerian law, or Four Thousand Euros (4,000.00 €) for companies governed by foreign law.

The validity period of the bid guarantee is equal to the validity period of the offers, i.e., One Hundred Eighty (180) days, with an additional extension of Thirty (30) days, starting from the date of opening of the technical bids.
