The tenderers interested in the present notice, except the blacklisted ones, may withdraw the tender package at :

upon transfer voucher for a sum of 4500 DZD concerning Algerian tenderers and 80 USD (or equivalent in foreign currency) concerning the foreign ones, into account :
ENAFOR N° 002 000 3535 047 61 088 Clé 13, open at External Bank of Algeria (BEA), Agency of Hassi Messaoud (Ouargla).
The tenders making up the offer, accompanied by the original copy of the submission bail, must be handed over at the above address, in double sealed envelope with the following marks on the outer envelope:

The specifications’ withdrawal deadline is fixed in 20 days following the publication of this notice in the Baosem, the technical and financial offers’ submission deadline is 35 days following its publication date in the BAOSEM, at 16h00 time limit as of the last workday.
Any offer received after the submission deadline shall be considered null and void.
The specifications’ withdrawal can be done by contacting the following email address:
cdc-contact@enafor.dz making sure to mention the File Number on the Bank Transfer Proof.
