The national company of drilling 'E.NA.FOR/SPA', the Contracting Structure : Direction Approvisionnements et Gestion des Stocks, issues a national and international open invitation to tender in a single stage related to:

Acquisition of WELDING WORKSHOP EQUIPMENT

Tenderers interested in this notice, except those on the black list, may obtain the tender documents from the Département Passation Des Marches (DPM), Base Abdelhak Ben Hamouda Enafor Hassi Messaoud-W-(Ouargla), upon presentation of proof of payment of Four Thousand Five Hundred Algerian Dinars (4500 DZD), for Algerian bidders and Eighty 80 US $(or equivalent) for foreign bidders to the ENAFOR account, N° 002 000 3535 047 61088, opened at the Banque Extérieure d'Algérie (BEA), Agence Hassi Messaoud (Ouargla).

The offers constituting the tender, accompanied by the original of the tender guarantee, must be delivered to the above address, in a double closed envelope, with the following wording on the outer envelope:

"OFFRE TECHNIQUE ET OFFRE FINANCIERE CONFIDENTIEL A NE PAS OUVRIR AVIS D'APPEL D'OFFRES NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL OUVERT N° 50 IN 2024 LOTS 01 ET 02

The deadline for withdrawal of the tender documents is Twenty (20) days following publication in the BAOSEM. The deadline for submission of technical and financial bids is Thirty-Five (35) days following publication in the BAOSEM, with a deadline of 4.00 p.m. on the last working day.

Any tender sent after the deadline will be considered null and void.
