que cette consultation sélective est déclaré infructueuse par la Commission d’Ouverture des Plis, et ce, conformément aux dispositions de la procédure de passation des marchés de HYPROC S.C. N° 08-R2 datée du 11/02/2024, pour le motif : aucune offre reçue.

HYPROC Shipping Company, ZHUN USTO, BP 7200 Es-Seddikia 31025 – Oran - Algeria informs all the candidates whom participate in the selective consultation n° 03/HYPROC SC/PMD/2024 on two steps - 1st step preliminary technical offer concerning the acquisition of a vessel carrying Bitumen, for the newbuilding, commissioning and delivery of one (01) Bitumen Carrier having cargo loading capacity ranging from 6 000 to 7000 MT,

that this selective consultation is said unsuccessful by Opening Offers Committee’s, in accordance with HYPROC S. C’s procedure N° 08-R2 dated on 11/02/2024 for the reason: no offer received.
