Tassili Airlines Direction Commerciale Cité 28 Logements EPLF Bâtiment A N°3 Sidi Yahia - Hydra -Alger Tél/Fax : 021 60 42 57/58 Fax : 021 60 42 59 NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL restricted invitation to tender N°01/AO/DC/TAL/2016 Tassili Airlines/ Marketing DIRECTORATE, issues a national and international restricted invitation to tender for the aircraft chartering ACMI mode (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance) the number and the type of the aircraft to charter by Tassili Airlines is: Number of aircrafts: Two (02) aircrafts Type of aircrafts: Boeing 737-800NG and/or Airbus A320 Period: from 17th April 2016 to 16th March 2017 Minimal contractual guaranteed (12 months) for the aircraft 1 :1800 hours Minimal contractual guaranteed (12 months) for the aircraft 2 :720 hours Type of flights to operate: Charter flight, domestic and international scheduled flights, taxi flights Regions: Europe, Africa, Maghreb and middle east The contract will be concluded for a period of twelve (12) months, renewable once, in accordance with the Algerian regulation, and this, without price changing . Interested bidders may submit only one offer. Only the air companies, with their own aircraft reported on their AOC and having a minimal experience of ten (10) years in the transportation of passengers are allowed to bid. Upon the request of the tenderer , the tender?s package is available in electronic format with the presentation of voucher payment . Concerning the present invitation to tender, the technical tenders, without any price indication and the financial tenders must be handed over, at the same time, in two separate put inside same no later than 31st March 2016 at 12:00 at the following address : Tassili Airlines, Secrétariat de la Commission des Ouvertures des Plis, Cité 28 Logements EPLF Bâtiment A N°3 Sidi Yahia - Hydra ?Alger. The tender must contain : Fold 1 : Technical tender : -The particular data according to the annex 01 -The administrative file -The technical tender of the bidder in accordance with the technical criteria as detailed in the annex 02. Fold 2 : Financial tender : -The submission?s letter initialed and signed(see annex 08) -The price schedules completed and signed (see annex 03) -The bid bond according to the model in the annex 07 *bidders using the express delivery service must ensure that their provider deliver to Tassili Airlines a fold completely anonymous by clearing any indication on the outer envelope pertaining to the sender. Tenderers are invited to attend the bids opening session. Bidders shall remain bound by their bids for 120 days as from the closing date for the technical bids submission.
