بعد غيابكم عن الورشة وعدم الانطلاق في الأشغال وعدم امتثالكم للإعذار الأول والتاني للمشروع المذكور أعلاه، كما نحيطكم علما بأن الشركة الجزائرية لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز ناحية ورقلة مديرية التوزيع ورقــلة شرعت في فسخ الصفقة مع اتخاذ الإجراءات القسرية ضد مؤسستكم وفقا اللوائح والقوانين المعمول بها، وهي استبعادكم من المشاركة في الاستشارات التي تبرمج على مستوى مؤسستنا لمدة ثلاثة أشهر (06 أشهر) وهذا من تاريخ إمضاء عقد الفسخ.
