والتي تم إصدارها على صفحات نشرة المناقصات لقطاع الطاقة والمناجم (BAOSEM) عدد 2399 في 30 جوان 2025، ثم تم تمديده لأول مرة حتى يوم الاحد 28/09/2025، بموجب الاشعار المنشور ب (BAOSEM) عدد 2413 بتاريخ الاحد 10/08/2025، بانه تم تمديد اخر اجل لإيداع العروض التقنية والمالية للمرة الثانية الى غاية الثلاثاء 28 اكتوبر 2025.
