Lot No. 01: Thirty (30) Ambulance Van Vehicles (4x4) with lot of spare parts.

Lot No. 02: One hundred (100) Double Cabin Pick-up Utility Vehicles (4x2) with lot of spare parts.

Lot No. 03: Eighty (80) Double Cabin Pick-up Utility Vehicle (4x4) with lot of spare parts.

Lot No. 04: Twenty (20) Single Cabin Pick-up Utility Vehicle (4x2) with lot of spare parts.

Lot No. 05: Twenty-four (24) Single Cabin Pick-up Utility Vehicle (4x4) with lot of spare parts.

Lot No. 06: One (01) VIP Light Vehicle (Station Wagon SUV 4x4) with set of spare parts.

One step submission mode is applied to the present invitation to tender.

To the present invitation to tender, technical offers, without any indication of price and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separated folds contained in a same fold, at the address :

At the latest 45 days as from the date of publication of this advertisement in BAOSEM. If the latest day corresponds with a holiday or a rest day, this term is extended to the next open day.

The times for receiving folds: from 07:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (GMT+01: 00).

The deadline for withdrawing the tender documents (DAO) is thirty-five (35) days from the date of publication of the tender notice.

The deadline for receipt of requests for clarification and / or extension of time shall be no later than ten (10) days before the deadline for submission of tenders. After this deadline, these applications will not be considered.

Tenderers will remain committed to their offers for a period of one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the deadline for submission of the bids.

The tenderers technical Bids shall be accompanied by tender bank guarantee; the amount of the bid bond is indicated in the Tender documents (DPAO). The validity term must be valid for a period of 210 days as from the deadline for submission of the bids.

The folders will be opened in the presence of the representative (s) of the tenderers who wish to attend the opening session, which will take place at the following address:
