المرفق العام، يمكن لأي متعهد أن يحتج على الاختيار في آجال أقصاه عشرة (10) أيام من أول صدور لهذا الإعلان، برفع طعن إلى اللجنة الولائية للصفقات العمومية.
على المتعهدين الراغبين في الاطلاع على النتائج المفصلة لتقديم عروضهم التقنية والمالية بالاتصال بمصالح مديرية الأشغال العمومية في أجل أقسناء ثلاثة (3) أيام ابتدءا من اليوم الأول للشر
