تعلن المؤسسة الوطنية لتسويق وتوزيع المنتجات البترولية- نفطال، فرع الوقود، منطقةCBR قسنطينة عن تأهيل وطني مسبق بهدف انشاء قائمة مختصرة للمؤسسات المؤهلة لغرض:
توفير الأشغال والخدمات، مقسمة إلى ثمانية (08) حصص على النحو التالي:
الحصة رقم 01: اللوازم المكتبية والمواد الاستهلاكية الخاصة بالإعلام الالي.
الحصة رقم 02: لوازم الأجهزة العامة والمواد الاستهلاكية و منتجات الصيانة والمنظفات والمواد الاستهلاكية للبناء و منتجات متنوعة.
الحصة رقم 03: توفير المعدات والمواد والأثاث المكتبي والأجهزة الكهرومنزلية.
الحصة رقم 04: تهيئة وصيانة المساحات الخضراء وإزالة الأعشاب الضارة وزراعة العشب، قص العشب.
الحصة رقم 05: خدمة تنظيف المباني والصرف الصحي وتنظيف المزاريب وفتحات الصرف الصحي، ومراحيض غرف تغيير الملابس، ومكافحة القوارض، ومكافحة الحشرات والتطهير.
الحصة رقم 06: أشغال صيانة المباني وكهرباء المباني والطلاء الداخلي و الخارجي، أشغال الألمنيوم والخشب العامة، وتغطية الأرضيات وصيانة العزل المائي.
الحصة رقم 07: صيانة وإصلاح المعدات المكتبية ومعدات التبريد وتكييف الهواء، الكراسي، المكاتب، معدات الإعلام الالي.
الحصة رقم 08: صيانة وإصلاح المعدات المتحركة ومركبات الخدمة والمركبات المرافق والشاحنات.
يمكن للمرشحين المشاركة في حصة واحدة (01) أو أكثر.
سيتم طلب المترشحين المؤهلين أثناء إعلان استشارة الممولين.
يمكن سحب ملف التأهيل المسبق ابتداء من نشر هذا الإعلان في نشرية المناقصات لقطاع الطاقة والمناجم الباوسم، مجانًا، من قبل شخص مخول حسب الأصول لدى:

حدد أخر أجل لسحب وايداع ملفات الترشح بـ 30 يوما، ابتداء من تاريخ ظهور الإعلان بالباوسم.
يجب وضع ملف الترشح في ظرف مبهم، مختوم ولا يحمل سوى العبارات التالية بأحرف كبيرة:

ستقوم لجنة لحظية بمعالجة ملفات الترشح وإنشاء القائمة المختصرة للشركات التي استوفت المعايير المطلوبة من قبل نفطال- ش.ذ.أ في هذا المجال.
سيتم إعلام المترشحين الذين لم يتم قبول ملفات ترشحهم.
سيتم نشر نتيجة هذه العملية بالباوسم.
يجب تجديد التأهيل المسبق بشكل دوري بحيث لا تتجاوز هذه الفترة السنة الواحدة (01).
