في اطار فسخ أشغال دراسات الإنجاز من قبل المصنع إضافة الى التموين بالمعدات الكهربائية ابتداء من مخزن العميل، نقلها الى الموقع، انجاز جميع اشغال الهندسة المدنية، التجميع، الفك، اختبارات التشغيل والتشغيل الصناعي، التأمين إضافة الى ضمان أشغال الخطين 60 ك.ف بني صاف 2- فاطمي العربي 1 و2، ولاية تلمسان المبرمة مع مؤسسة SARL COGELBA EL MAHI، وتبعا للنقائص الكبيرة المتعلقة بالالتزامات التعاقدية، تم فسخ العقد رقم 2019/54/KDLL/06 بسبب الأخطاء الحصرية، طبقا للتنظيم المعمول به.
