الموضوع: استبدال شبكة النحاس المتاكل بشبكة 36 حي برج الغولة الحصة 02 باتنة
نظرا للإعذار رقم 6287/2025، بتاريخ 03 سبتمبر 2025 الصادر بالباوسم عدد 2427 بتاريخ 17 سبتمبر 2025.
نظرا للإعذار رقم 2343/2025، بتاريخ 09 سبتمبر 2025 الصادر بالباوسم عدد 2427 بتاريخ 17 سبتمبر 2025.
تطبيقا للشروط التعاقدية لدفتر الشروط المعمول بها، لاسيما المتعلقة بالفسخ (المادة 32).
نعلن ان الصفقة رقم 22/GAZ/2024 قد تم فسخها بسبب الأخطاء الحصرية لمقدم الخدمة BOUCHENATA BDREDDINE ، الذي سوف سيتحمل كافة الرسوم المترتبة على هذه العملية طبقا للأنظمة المعمول بها.
