انجاز الخدمات لجميع المهن على مستوى محطات الضغط ومحطات الضخ وخدمة صيانة الخطوط ومعسكرات DSP للمديرية الإقليمية الشرقية (RTE) في أربع (04) حصص منفصلة:
الحصة أ: محطة الضغط "أ" ومخيم DSP.
الحصة ب: محطات الضغط "B" و"C" ووحدات DSP.
الحصة ج: محطات الضخ رقم 2 ورقم 3 (OK1/NK1) ومخيمات DSP
الحصة د: محطات الضغط "د"، "ه"، محطة الضخ رقم 4، مخيمات DSP، خدمة صيانة الخط ومستودعات DSP (عين السمارة والحامة بوزيان)
الصادرة بالباوسم عدد 2195 بتاريخ 13 نوفمبر 2023، علماً بأن آخر اجل للسحب تم تمديده إلى 27 ديسمبر2023، كما تم تمديد آخر أجل لايداع وفتح العروض المقرر في 11 ديسمبر 2023 إلى 10 جانفي 2024.
