يجب على المترشحين المهتمين بإعلان التأهيل المسبق سحب دفتر الشروط على مستوى مصلحة تنظيم الصفقات- القاعدة اللوجستية عبد الحق بن حمودة الشركة الوطنية للتنقيب، حاسي مسعود، ولاية ورقلة مقابل تقديم اثبات التحويل لمبلغ 4500 دج. يتم الدفع الى حساب لشركة الوطنية للتنقيب، رقم 002 000 3535 047 61 088/13، مفتوح لدى البنك الجزائري الخارجي، وكالة حاسي مسعود (ورقلة).
يجب إيداع ملف الترشح، في ظرف مختوم ومبهم الى العنوان التالي:

يجب أن يحتوي الظرف الخارجي على العبارة التالية:

يتم تحديد الموعد النهائي لسحب ملف اعلان التأهيل المسبق بـ 25 يوما، التي تلي نشره بالباوسم، تاريخ اخر أجل لإيداع الملفات هو 30 يوما، التي تلي نشره بالباوسم، وتحدد ساعة اخر أجل 00سا16 من اخر يوم عمل.
كل إيداع مرسل بعد اخر أجل لإيداع العروض يعتبر لا غيا وباطلا.
