GCB Company, Material Directorate located in Industrial Zone Oued Smar, which the fiscal identification number is 000035072294694, issues a national and international open invitation to tender regarding:

Acquisition of:

 Batch 01: One (01) DOOSAN engine mounted on a DOOSAN excavator type DX300LCA

Batch 02: One (01) DOOSAN engine mounted on a DOOSAN loader type DL420A

The specifications can be collected from GCB, Materiel Directorate, located at Industrial Zone Oued Smar BP N° 03 EL HARRACH Algiers as of the publication of this notice in BAOSEM, upon presentation of proof of transfer of the sum of:

For Algerian suppliers:

3000 DZD for each batch non-refundable (made out in the name of GCB Direction Materiel) to the following account:

RIB N° 002000 82 82 0826090248, BEA Agence Rouïba sise au Route de AIN TAYA - ROUIBA.

For foreign suppliers:

25.00 Euros for each batch non-refundable (made payable to GCB Direction Materiel) to the following account:

RIB N° 002 00082 821 200 001192, BEA Agence Rouïba sise au Route de AIN TAYA - ROUIBA.

Companies excluded from the GCB and Sonatrach group contracting process are not allowed to participate in the invitation to tender.

The tender process will be carried out in a single stage with simultaneous submission of the technical and the financial offer.

Only tenderers whose technical offers comply with the requirements of the specifications will be invited to the opening of financial offers.

The technical offer mustn’t, in no case, refer to prices.

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who submits the lowest offer.

The technical offers and financial ones, constituting the submission, must be inserted in sealed inner envelopes, separated and placed in a single anonymous and sealed outer envelope for each batch bearing the following indications:

Lot 01 : Un (01) Moteur de marque DOOSAN Montée sur Pelle de marque DOOSAN Type DX300LCA.

Lot 02 : Un (01) Moteur marque DOOSAN Montée sur Chargeur de marque DOOSAN Type DL420A.

The offers’ submission shall be exclusive to the address: located at BP No. 03 Industrial Zone, Oued Smar EL Harrach -Algiers.

The deadline for the withdrawal, preparation and deposit of the offers is 30 days as of the date of publication of this notice to the BAOSEM.

The day and time limit for the deposit of the bids (technical and financial offers) correspond to the last day of the period of preparation of offers.

If this day coincides with a public holiday or a legal day of rest, the period of preparation of offers shall be extended until the following working day.

The date, time and place of opening will be agreed on the invitation letter that will be send to the tenderers having participated in the invitation to tender notice.

That will have to be issued by a bank of first order in favor of the Foreign Bank of Algeria BEA located at: 48 Rue des frères BOUADOU Bir Mourad Rais.

tenderers will remain engaged by their offers for a period of 180 days as of the date of opening of the offers.
