The delivery of a copy of the register of commerce and the payment of:

Three thousand Dinars (3000 DA) for Algerian bidders into ENSP bank account N° 002 00035 035 2200045 06. BEA Branch, Hassi Messaoud

Thirty Euros (30 Euros) for foreign bidders into ENSP bank account N° 002 00035 035 2200045 06   SWIFT: BEXADZALA035 BEA Branch, Hassi Messaoud

Mode single-stage submission applies to this tender

The period allowed for bidders to submit their technical & commercial bids is Thirty (30) days. From the date of publication of the hereby notice in the bulletin of tenders belonging to Energy and Mines Sector (BAOSEM)

In case the deadline falls on a holiday and/or a legal holiday, the folds can be deposited the next business day.

Any bid received by the “BOG/ENSP”, after 5.00 pm, local time on the day of the deadline for submission of bids will be considered null and void.

Only the stamp of the BOG/ENSP office, affixed to the fold shall prevail

Internal envelope must mention the company name, the address and Tel/fax or Email of the bidders

Technical & commercial bids will be submitted in accordance with the requirements of tender file, and without price indication at the BOG/ENSP office, under double, sealed and strictly anonymous cover, and must be delivered to the address:

Attend the opening session, which the date and hour will be communicated by letter of invitation. Offers must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount determined as follows for:

Batch 1: 2 400 000, 00 DA, Domestic bidders

Batch 1: 17.000,00 USD, Foreign bidders

Batch 2: 1 125 000, 00 DA, Domestic bidders

Batch 2: 8.000,00 USD, Foreign bidders

The bid bond is an integral part of the technical bid.

Bidders will remain bound by their tenders for a period of one hundred Fifty (150) days, accompanied by a further period of 30 calendar days

Offer of the bidders will have to contain two closed and separate folds
