GROUPEMENT BERKINE, an association between SONATRACH and Occidental of ALGERIA LLC, governed by legislative decree 93-08 of 25th April 1993, issues National and International open request for tenders for the provision of the:

Cased Hole Electric Line Services

For Three (03) Years Term Contract

Tenderers interested by the present request for tender are invited to request electronic copy of the tender package from Contracts Department by sending a request supported by company trade license to the following e-mail address:

Tenderers must, transmit both technical & commercial offer in sealed envelope strictly anonymous as detailed in the RFQ document.

Technical bids must not refer to prices, otherwise they will be rejected. These bids must be submitted with the prescribed administrative documents required in the tender package.

Bid reception deadline is set to forty-five (45) DAYS with effect from the first publication date of this request for tenders in the BAOSEM.

Any tender received after the deadline will be regarded as null and void.

Tenders must remain open for acceptance for a period of 180 days with effect from the tender close date.

Important Note:

This national and international open request only concerns bidders having or meeting the underneath following conditions:

Having a trade license in accordance with the request for tender object;

Not being subject of an exclusion decision from: SONATRACH, OCCIDENTAL OF ALGERIA LLC, ENI Algeria Exploration B.V and TotalEnergies EP Algérie and Groupement Berkine, deals, collectively or individually.

In the case of companies with the same owners/directors or participation and/or interest in common (such as, but without being limited to, Association, Groupement, partnership, common shareholders,), only one tender will be acceptable. If two or more of such companies tender separately, all of their tenders will be rejected.

All costs associated with preparation of the Tender will be for the account of the Tenderer.

The Bid opening and the bids evaluation will be made by Groupement Berkine internal committee without the presence of Bidders.
