في إطار إقفال البرامج السكنية العمومية الإيجارية، يدعو ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري لحسين داي،
جميع المتعاملين (مقاولات إنجاز، كاتب دراسات، مخابر، هيئة مراقبة، خبراء عقاريين، إلخ ... ) الذين
سبق لهم و أن قاموا بإنجاز أشغال أو قدموا خدمات متعلقة بمختلف الدراسات أو المتابعة في إطار إنجاز
المشاريع السكنية المذكورة أدناه، بإيداع جميع وضعيات الأشغال الباقية، طلب الإفراج عن الكفالة
البنكية، إقتطاع ضمان، .......... إلخ، وهذا في مدة ((01) شهرا ابتداءا من اول صدور الاعلان في
الجرائد الوطنية كأخر أجل.
في حالة انتهاء الأجال، سوف يتم إقفال هذه العمليات دون الأخذ بعين الإعتبار المستحقات المعنية غير
المودعة لدى مصالح الديوان في الآجال المحددة.
