جميع المتعهدين في المناقصة وطنية ودولية المفتوحة مـن اجـل المشاركين المتعهدين المشاركين في انجـاز وتسليم قابل للاستعمال التجاري للسفينة التالية
(01) سفينة ناقلة الزفت تتراوح قدرة حمولتها من 6000 الى 7000 طن متري + بنفس الوزن اختيارية في دفعة واحدة ناقلة ثانية مشابهة

أن هذه المناقصة تحت الرقم المذكور أعلاه غير مجدية، وهذا طبقا لأحكام المادة 19.1 من الإجراء رقم 08-R1 المؤرخ بتاريخ 09/07/2018 والخاص بتنظيم الصفقات داخل الشركة وذلك بسبب عرض واحد متوافق فقط.

N° 08-R1 datée du 09/07/2018. Une (01) seule offre technique est conforme.
