The National Company of Civil Engineering and Building, by abbreviation G.C.B., Engineering and Procurement Management / Sub-Directorate of Procurement, located at : Cité des Travailleurs Groupe 05 villa n° 09, Dar El Beida, Algiers. Is launching an expansion notice N° 02/2025 for National and International Open pre-qualification Call for Tenders under reference N° : PREQ -NIO N°10 /PRC/DEP/GCB/2023

Concerning the pre-selection of suppliers for the supply of the following materials :

Batch 01 : Interphones (PA/GA)

Batch 02 : Radios

Batch 03 : PABX

Batch 04 : Télémétrie (Telemetry)

Batch 05 : Câble Fibre Optique (Optical Fiber)

Batch 06 : Intégrateurs (Integrators)

Batch 07 : Matériel CCTV et Anti Intrusion (CCTV Equipement and Anti Intrusion)

Batch 08 : Système SCADA RTU/MTU

The pre-qualification documents can be obtained at the following address: Cité des Travailleurs Groupe 05 Villa N° 09, Dar El Beida, Algiers, at the procurement service office, no later than (30) Thirty days starting from the date of publication of this notice on the BAOSEM, by any interested tenderers, upon presentation of a mandate and payment of a non-refundable amount of (5,000.00DA) Five Thousand Algerian Dinars. Payments are made by bank transfer to account GCB BEA No. 002 00111 1112200044 /27 at the Boumerdes II branch for Algerian companies and (50.00€) Fifty euros for foreign tenderers to account GCB BEA No. 002000 82 82 120000 11-92 at the Rouiba EL KENZ branch. (IBAN NR: 002 00082 8212000011 92- SWIFT code: BEXADZAL082).

Candidates must submit the pre-qualification offer, along with the administrative and financial documents mentioned in the specifications.

In the context of prequalification tender, they must be submitted in three separate envelopes within a single package, to the following address:

Within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM, tenderers are permitted to tender for one or more lots, each lot requiring a separate prequalification offer.

Tenderers already pre-qualified according to the pre-qualification publication referenced PREQ-NIO N°10/PRC/DEP/GCB/2023 are not concerned by this expansion.

The pre-qualification offers will be opened and evaluated by the ad-hoc committee.

Tenderers retained will be shortlisted and consulted for all services covered by this pre-qualification. The pre-selected tenderers in this expansion notice will remain committed to their offer for a period of Five (05) years starting from the date of publication of the pre-qualification results on BAOSEM.
