Constitution de la short list des chantiers de réparations navales qualifiés pour la réalisation des travaux d’arrêts techniques des navires méthaniers de la société Hyproc Shipping Company Spa « TESSALA & OUGARTA

parus sur le BAOSEM N° 2254 du 30/04/2024,

Qu’après examen du recours du candidat NAVANTIA, ‘’La Commission des Marchés Activité Marine ‘’ par abréviation ‘’CMA Marine’’ considère que le recours dudit candidat est fondé.

Conformément aux dispositions de la procédure de passation des marchés de HYPROC SC n° 08-R2/2024 du 11/02/2024, la short list provisoire issue de la pré qualification sus citée est mise à jour par l’introduction du candidat sus cité.

La nouvelle liste provisoire des candidats pré-qualifiés est arrêtée comme suit :

For constitution of short list of qualified shipyards for Drydocking and repair work on LNG vessels of Hyproc Shipping Company « TESSALA & OUGARTA »

In addition to the Notice of provisional short list published in BAOSEM N° 2277 dated 10/07/2024, HYPROC Shipping Company, ZHUN USTO, BP 7200 Es-Seddikia 31025 -Oran- Algeria, informs all candidates concerned by the international pre-qualification N° 02/HYPROC SC/MO/FM2/2024 to :

Constitute a shortlist of qualified shipyards for dry-docking for LNG vessels of Hyproc Shipping Company Spa “TESSALA & OUGARTA

published in BAOSEM N° 2254 dated 30/04/2024.

That after reviewing the recourse submitted by the candidate “NAVANTIA, Spain”, the "Commission des Marchés Activité Marine," abbreviated as "CMA Marine," considers the recourse to be valid.

In accordance with the provisions of HYPROC’s SC procedure No. 08-R2/2024 dated on 11/02/2024, the shortlist resulting from the aforementioned prequalification has been updated to include the cited candidate.

The updated list of prequalified candidates is as follows:
