National and International Open Competitive Invitation to PREQUALIFICATION

The National Company of Marketing and Distributing Oil Products-NAFTAL Spa-, with capital 160,000,000,000 DZD, NIF: 099916000969164 Marketing Branch, Bitumen Directorate, located at Route des Dunes BP 73 Chéraga, Alger – Algérie issues a national and international open invitation to prequalification, regarding:

Constitution of a short list of manufacturers and representatives of approved manufacturers, polymers and additives, used for the manufacture of bitumen derivatives and bituminous coatings

Companies interested in this Call for Prequalification can withdraw the Call for Prequalification file as soon as it is published in BAOSEM, nearby the Bitumen Directorate of the Marketing Branch, located at Rue El Qods, Bt “A”, Chéraga – Algiers – Algeria or electronically via the email address: Amar.Bouabdallah@naftal.dz.

 On presentation of proof of payment, possibly scanned and sent to the addresses cited above, for a non- repayable amount of 3000.00 DZD for national tenderers, and 50 € for the foreign ones.

Payment will be made by bank transfer to the account 002 00 008 08 008 60 137/64, open nearby External Bank of Algeria (BEA).

All manufacturers and representatives of approved manufacturers of polymers and additives used for the manufacture of bitumen and bituminous coatings are eligible to tender under this Call for Prequalification.

The Prequalification Offer will be submitted in a double anonymous envelope on which will be written:
