HYPROC Shipping Company, ZHUN USTO, BP 7200 Es-Seddikia 31025 -Oran- Algeria, launches an international pre-qualification regarding N° 02/HYPROC SC/MO/FM2/2024 to constitute a shortlist of qualified shipyards for dry-docking for LNG vessels of Hyproc Shipping Company Spa « TESSALA & OUGARTA ».

Candidates interested in this international call for prequalification can, as soon as it is published in Baosem, two national dailies and Hyproc’s SC website, obtain a copy of the prequalification specifications from the "Fleet Management II – FM2" from HYPROC SHIPPING COMPANY at the address: Division Operationnelle, BP 60 Zone Industrielle, 31200 –Arzew -  Oran - Algeria, against the payment of 100 Euros, free of any charges and letter of mandate.

Candidate’s application - Do Not Open

The deadline for submitting applications is fixed on 27/05/2024 at 10H00 AM (LT) and any offer received after the closing date will be rejected.

Candidate’s applications opening ceremony will be held at the deadline date for the reception of bids at 10H30 AM (LT).

If the deadline for submission of applications corresponds to an Algerian legal holiday, this date is extended to the next business day.

Candidate’s applications reception dates will be considered according to the date of HYPROC's ''B.0.G (Bureau d'Ordre General)" stamped date.

Any application received after the receipt deadline will not be considered and will be rejected.

Failure to submit “the declaration to subscribe “will lead to the systematic rejection of the application file.

At the end of the processing of the applications offers from the sites on the basis of the requirements of the specifications, the sites whose application offers are declared compliant will be included on the short list for a period of five (05) years.
