Construction of three (03) bunkering vessels of 2000 DWT

The tender package may be withdrawn as from the publication of the present invitation to tender in the Bulletin of Energy and Mining sector (BAOSEM) against the payment of a non-refundable sum of fifty Euros (50€) by banking voucher to the account N°00200016160166050679 opened nearby The External Bank of Algeria (BEA) at Naftal, palais des Expositions Pins Maritimes – Alger against the presentation of a delegation as well as the company’s contact details at:

The tendering mode in two (02) stages applies to the present invitation to tender.

Concerning the first sage, the technical tenders without any price indication must be handed under sealed and anonymous envelope bearing the following mention:

delivery and opening of technical bids: they will be handed over by the bidders or a representative duly mandated and open session, for opening of the technical envelopes COP will take place on: September 29 ,2019 at 09H00 at NAFTAL SPA / BRANCHE CARBURANTS, sis Airport HOUARI BOUMEDIENNE, Dar El Beida – Algiers
The technical tenders must be accompanied by a tender bond, for an amount of:
Thirty thousand euro (€30 000,00) or other convertible foreign currency

the validity duration of the tender bond is one hundred twenty (120) days as from the technical folds’ opening date within an additional time of thirty 30 calendar days.
Concerning the second stage, tenderers whose technical tenders are declared conform by the technical folds’ evaluation committee will be invited to submit their financial tenders nearby the folds ‘opening committee at the stated address and the date mentioned in the invitation letter.

Tenderers or their duly representatives shall attend the folds’ opening session.
