Notice of National and International Open Invitation To Bid

SORFERT Algérie Spa, located in the Industrial Zone of Arzew, hereby launches an Invitation To Bid (ITB) for: the construction of one (01) new pontoon including all berthing and mooring equipment for the Ammonia and Urea Plant of Sorfert Algérie SPA.

The technical specification package detailing all terms and conditions for the submission of a bid by all interested bidders is available at the Legal Management Office, against the provision of a bank transfer receipt for an amount of Ten Thousand Algerian Dinars (DZD 10,000) paid to Banque Extérieure d’Algérie Branch El Marsa N°11 rue Fertas Mohamed Arzew (Oran) account Nr. 002000700702200046 70 or equivalent in hard currency for offshore bidders paid to Banque Extérieure d’Algérie Agence El Marsa N°11 rue Fertas Mohamed Arzew (Oran) Account Nr. : 002000700703000006 – 67 / SWIFT code : (BIC) BEXADZAL070.

All interested bidders may collect the technical specification package detailing all terms and conditions for the submission of a bid by sending a copy of their Trade Register by email as well as the receipt confirming the bank transfer to : LEGAL@sorfert.com.

The Bid, including all regulatory attachments in accordance with the requirements of the ITB Package, will be submitted under anonymous envelop.

The Technical Bid shall in no case include any details about price and costs.

Your bid shall be forwarded or deposited with the General Mail Service (BOG) of Sorfert Algérie, located Cité « Point du Jour », Route de Wilaya N° 32, Section 387, Ilot N° 83 Oran, in double sealed envelops; the outside envelop shall read as follows:
