Sonatrach-ENI Group, made up of two companies Sonatrach and ENI Algeria BV production governed by decree 93-08 dated 25 April 1993, operator in 403, 403a, 403d blocks (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROM, ROME, ROMN, ZEA, ZEK and REC fields) and in 401a and in 402a blocks (ROD fields), informs the tenderers having participated in the national and international restricted invitation to tender N° 3110-01MH-20, regarding:
Open contract on-call for the supply of spare parts for wells surface and manifolds of the field ROD and BRN> for a period of 03 years
Published in the Baosem n° 1840 of January, 17th 2021, that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the lower offering tenderers:
1/ IBS Tunisie S.R.L for the batches N° (01 and 12)
2/ FORES ENGINEERING S.R.L for the Batches N° (2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 11)
Every tenderer questioning this provisional awarding may introduce recourse nearby:
President of the Contracts’ Commission of Sonatrach-Eni Grouping
In a delay of 05 workdays utmost as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem.
Beyond this delay, no recourse shall be receivable.

< Contrat ouvert sur appel pour la fourniture de pièces de rechange de surface des puits et manifolds du champ ROD et BRN > d’une durée de trois (03) ans.
Le Groupement Sonatrach- Eni constitué des deux sociétés Sonatrach, et ENI Algeria production BV régi par le décret 93-08 du 25/04/1993, opérateur dans les blocs 403, 403a, 403d (champs BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROM, ROME, ROMN, ZEA, ZEK et REC) et dans les blocs 401a et 402a (champs ROD), informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international restreint N° 3110-01-MH-20 ayant pour objet « Contrat ouvert sur appel pour la fourniture de pièces de rechange de surface des puits et manifolds du champ ROD et BRN > d’une durée de trois (03) ans) », paru dans le BAOSEM N° 1840 du 17/01/2021 que le marché a été attribué provisoirement aux soumissionnaires les moins disant :
1/ IBS TUNISIE S.R.L pour les Lots N° (1 et 12)
2/ FORES ENGINEERING S.R.L pour les Lots N° (2 ; 4 ; 5 ; 6 ; 7 ; 8 ; 10 et 11).
Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution provisoire peut introduire un recours auprès du
Président de la commission des marchés du groupement Sonatrach-Eni
Et ce au plus tard dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à partir de la date de parution du présent avis dans le BAOSEM.
Passé ce délai, aucun recours ne sera recevable.
