National and International Restricted Invitation to Tender
N° 03/2022/Gaz/AMC/DFL
The National Company of Measuring and Controlling Appliances “EN AMC”, Fluids Division, informs the tenderers having withdrawn the specifications related to the national and international restricted invitation to tender N°03/2022/Gaz/AMC/DFL, that the specifications have been modified as follows:
Article 3: submission charges: adding:
“Except the samples’ clearance charges that are the responsibility of ENAMC/ Fluids Division”
Article 16.3.1: evaluation and comparison of the financial offer (Batch n° 02): deleting:
“NB: The deadline of factory rendering that exceeds 03 months shall have a score of Nil (00).”
Article 19: the offers’ rejection: modification of the element:
Non-presentation of the samples of meters G4 and G6 as well as their related kits by:
Non-presentation of meters G4 and G6 as well as their related kits or non-presentation of the documents justifying these samples delivery (delivery N°), the samples must be presented in a maximum delay of 05 days after the offers’ opening.
