NOTICE OF OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PREQUALIFICATION CALL

The National Company for the Marketing and Distribution of Petroleum Products – NAFTAL Spa with capital 160,000,000,000 D.A, NIF: 099916000969164, Marketing Branch, Bitumen Department, located at Route des Dunes BP 73 Chéraga, Algiers – Algeria, launches a Notice of Call for National and International Pre-qualification Open for:

The creation of a Short List of manufacturers and/or representatives of manufacturers of polymers and additives, used for the manufacture of bitumen derivatives and bituminous coatings.

Companies interested in this Call for Pre-qualification can withdraw the Call for Pre-qualification file as soon as it has published in the Tender Bulletin of the Energy and Mining Sector “BAOSEM”, at the Audit Department of the Marketing Branch, located at Rue El Qods, Bt « A » Chéraga, Algiers – Algeria or by email at the address: Amar.Bouabdallah@naftal.dz.

On presentation of proof of payment, possibly scanned and sent to the addresses cited above, for a non-refundable amount of Four Thousand Algerian Dinar (4,000.00 DA) for national bidders, and Fifty Euro (50 Euro) for international bidders.

Payment will be made by transfer to bank account N° 002 00 008 08 008 60 137/64, opened with the Banque Extérieure d’Algérie “B.E.A”.

All manufacturers and representatives of approved manufacturers of polymers and additives used for the manufacture of bitumen and bituminous coatings are eligible to bid under this Call for Pre-qualification.

The Pre-qualification Offer will be submitted in a double anonymous envelope on which will be written:
