Two (02) steps submission process

The Sonatrach Company, Liquefaction and Separation Activity, Development Division, The Gas Projects Follow-up Direction - Headquarters of the two LSH & DEV Divisions - P.O N°74 AIN EL BIA – 31230 Oran - ALGERIA launches restricted tendering for:

Design, supply, installation and commissioning of 3 MW Diesel Generator Sets for the GL2Z Plant 

The Bidding Documents may be withdrawn from the following address:

no later than forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of publication in BAOSEM, by any interested candidate, against submission of a power of attorney to withdraw the Call for Tenders file for the authorized persons, a copy of the commercial register as well as proof of transfer of a non-refundable sum of three thousand Algerian Dinars (3000 DZD), for companies under Algerian law and thirty (30) Euros for companies under foreign law.

Payment will be made by transfer to:

the External Bank of Algeria - Agency 70 Arzew

under the number: Account BEA 002 00070 0702200274 65.

The bank receipt must bear the following mention “Withdarwal Tender File N°04/SH/LQS/INV/RGZ /2024 and the name of the tendering company wishing to withdraw the tender documents.

The bidding mode in two (02) stages applies to this Call for Tenders

Under the first stage of this call for tenders, the technical offers for each batch without any price indication must be submitted in envelopes, no later than sixty (60) calendar days from the date of publication in BAOSEM, at the address below:

No later than sixty (60) calendar days from the date of publication in BAOSEM.

The technical bids are accompanied by a bid guarantee as:

Bidders under foreign law: Bid guarantee is twenty-nine thousand dollars (29 000,00 USD) or the equivalent of another convertible foreign currency;

Tenderers governed by Algerian law: Bid guarantee is four million Algerian Dinar (4 000 000,00 DZD).

The validity period of which is equal to the validity period of the tenders, i.e. one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days, plus an additional period of 30 calendar days.

If the last day of the deadline for submission of tenders coincides with a public holiday, the date will be postponed to the next working day.

The bid guarantee can be subrnitted by interested candidates on the day of the opening of the bids for the technical.

The bids under the first stage will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the Bidders who so wish, at the opening session which will take place at the address and on the date mentioned in the invitation letter.

Bidders whose technical offers have been declared compliant will be invited to submit a financial offer.

Bids containing financial offers for each batch will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the Bidders who so wish at the opening session which will take place at the address takes place on the date, time and address indicated in the invitation to attend the bid opening session containing the financial offers.
