L’EPE FERTIAL Spa, Société des Fertilisant d’Algérie, Pôle industriel Annaba, représentée par sa Direction Technique, sise à la Route des salines, BP 3088, Annaba 23000, Algérie, informe, l’ensemble des candidats ayant retirés le Dossier d’Appel d’Offres national et international Restreint N° 001/DT/2025 portant sur le Dimensionnement, Fourniture, Installation & Mise en service d’un compresseur d’air avec sécheur de l’Unité NPK du pôle industriel Fertial d’Annaba, publié dans le BAOSEM N° 2380 édition du 06 mai 2025, et son avis de la première prorogation de délai est apparu dans les mêmes formes au BAOSEM N°2398, édition du 26 juin 2025 ainsi que l’avis rectificatif de l’avis de la première prorogation de délai, paru dans le BAOSEM N°2400 édition du 02 juillet 2025, qu’à l’issue des travaux de la réunion de la Commission d’Ouverture des Plis d’Annaba en date du 17 juillet 2025 à 10h00, cet appel d’offres restreint n’a donné lieu à aucune soumission et par conséquent, il a été déclaré infructueux.

Regarding Restricted National and International Invitation to Tender

Notification of Unsuccessful Tender
EPE FERTIAL Spa, AlgeriaN Fertilizer Company, Annaba Industrial Hub, represented by its Technical Directorate, located at Route des Salines, BP 3088, Annaba 23000, Algeria, wishes to inform all candidates who collected the Restricted National and International Invitation to Tender No. 001/DT/2025 concerning the sizing, supply, installation, and commissioning of an air compressor with dryer for the NPK Unit at Fertial's Annaba industrial hub.
This tender was originally published in BAOSEM No. 2380 on May 6, 2025.
A notice regarding the first extension of the deadlines appeared in BAOSEM No. 2398 on June 26, 2025, and a corrigendum to the first deadline extension notice was published in BAOSEM No. 2400 on July 2, 2025.
Following the tender opening committee meeting in Annaba on July 17,2025, at 10:00 AM, it was determined that no submissions were received for this invitation to tender. Consequently, the tender has been declared fruitless.

و التي تم نشرها في BAOSEM عدد رقم 2380 بتاريخ 06 مايو 2025
كما تود الشركة الإشارة إلى أن إعلان التمديد الأول للموعد النهائي ظهر بنفس الصيغة في
العدد رقم 2398 بتاريخ 26 يونيو 2025، BAOSEM
بالإضافة إلى الإعلان التصحيحي لإعلان التمديد الأول للموعد النهائي، الذي نُشر في العدد رقم 2400 بتاريخ 02 يوليو 2025 BAOSEM
وعليه، وبعد انتهاء أعمال اجتماع لجنة فتح الأظرفة بعنابة بتاريخ 17 يوليو 2025 على الساعة 10:00 صباحًا، تود الشركة إبلاغكم بأن هذه المناقصة لم تسفر عن أي عروض، وبالتالي، فقد تم إعلان عدم جدوى للمناقصة.
