Sonatrach-Eni Group, made up of two companies Sonatrach and ENI Algeria BV production governed by decree 93-08 dated 25 April 1993, operator in 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North blocks (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROMN, ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST, REC fields), in 401a 402a blocks (ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB fields) and 405b (MLE, CAFC fields) and in SF-FINE fields and ZEA, OO-II and SF-II perimeters, issues a national and international restricted invitation to tender, regarding:

DIRECTIONAL DRILLING ON A CALL OUT BASIS, IN TWO (02) BATCHES:

BATCH N° 1: Directional Drilling on a Call Out basis, on all perimeters operated by the GSE, in particular the exploitation permits of blocks: 403, 403a, 403d, ROM- North, (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROMN, ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROM EAST, REC), in blocks 401a & 402a (ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB fields) SF-SFNE field and ZEA perimeters, SF-II et OO-II.

BATCH N° 2: Directional Drilling on a Call Out basis, on all perimeters operated by the GSE, in particular the exploitation permits of blocks: 405b (Fields MLE, CAFC) and Berkin SOUTH.

The companies that are interested in this invitation to tender may withdraw the specifications at: Supplies and Contracts Department, Sonatrach-Eni Group, Road of CINA, SONATRACH's Partners Zone, BP 559, 30500 Hassi Messaoud, Ouargla-Algeria, in return of the presentation of a legalized copy of their inscription to the trade register, as well as the company’s stamp or send the Electronic trade register and the company’s information by e-mail at the following addresses:

The tendering mode in a one-stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

In this invitation to tender, the technical tenders, with no reference to the price, and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes, contained in the same external envelope.

The external envelope, containing the two (02) envelopes and must be anonymous.

The deadline for the withdrawal of the tender documents (specifications) is 25 days at 18h00, following of the date of publication of this tender notice.

The offers’ submission deadline is 45 days at 18h00 as of the publication date of the present invitation to tender in the Baosem (the publication date is included).

Every tender received after the day of the closing date shall be considered null and void.

The tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of 180 days as of the closing date for the offers’s receipt.

All tender package preparation expenses and/or each additional document expenses which shall be possibly required within this framework by Sonatrach-Eni Group during the evaluation remain exclusively payable by the tenderer.

The tenders’ opening and evaluation shall be done by an internal contracts commission of Sonatrach- Eni Grouping, without the presence of the tenderers.

Important:

This invitation to tender concerns ONLY the tenderers owning or responding to the following conditions:

Owning an experience of minimally 05 years for similar projects in the Oil & Gas industry, justified by Clients references (attestations for similar projects)

The tenderers may submit for one or the both of the batches separately.
