NOTICE FOR A RESTRICTED NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER N°. APC21-036-FOR

GROUPEMENT TIMIMOUN, a consortium constituted by the companies SONATRACH, TOTAL E&P ALGERIE, and CEPSA S.L., acting as Operator of the TIMIMOUN gas field (Blocks 325a and 329), launches a Restricted National and International Call for Tenders for the provision of the following services:

DOWNHOLE DRILLING & FISHING EQUIPMENT & RELATED SERVICES.

This call for tenders will be limited to tenderers specialized in the field and with:

a minimum experience of (5) years of continuous TRS (Tubular Running Services) activity in Algeria;

Having a workshop allowing the preparation and re-dressing of the tools associated with the contract (in particular the reloading of the recovery tools);

Having an available and operational base in Algeria for at least 05 years.

The tenderer (including the parent company) must not be the subject of a decision to be excluded from SONATRACH contracts and must have no litigation in progress with SONATRACH, TOTAL, or CEPSA, alone or within the framework of partnership.

The Groupement Timimoun invites interested and eligible bidders to submit their letter of interest, requesting to participate, by sending an e-mail to "apc.appel-offres01@gtim.dz " including the following required documents (tender documents are provided free of charge):

Copy of the Trade Register bearing the activity code (s) corresponding to the subject of the Call for Tender;

An application bearing the stamp of the company.

This Call for Tenders will take place in a single phase. Bidders must attach a bid bond to their bid. The amount of this bond will be indicated in the documents of the Call for Tenders.

The closing date for receipt of Tenders is thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice on BAOSEM (day of publication included). Any tender received after the above closing date will be considered non-responsive.

All costs generated by and/or associated with the participation of tenderers in this Call for Tenders will be their sole responsibility.
