The Company SONATRACH, Exploration - Production Activity, Production Division, Procurement and Transport Direction, located at 08, Chemin du Reservoir Hydra, Algiers, Algeria, brings to the attention of Bidders interested in the Open National and International Tender File N°: SH-EP-PROD-APT/22/2025/T appeared in the BAOSEM N°2405 of July,17^th 2025 concerning the Acquisition of:

Batch 01 : Downhole equipment for completion of exploration wells

Batch 02 : Downhole equipment for completion for the HASSI MESSAOUD region

Batch 03 : Downhole equipment for completion for the ADRAR region

Batch 04 : Downhole equipment for completion for the  TFT region

Batch 05 : Downhole equipment for completion for the IN AMENAS region

Batch 06 : Downhole equipment for completion for the GASSI TOUIL region

Batch 07 : Downhole equipment for completion for the STAH region

Batch 08 : Downhole equipment for completion for the RHOURDE NOUSS region

That the deadline for submission of technical and financial bids, initially fixed to September,14^th  2025, is extended to October, 05^th  2025.

Also, the deadline for clarification’s requests on the Tender File, is extended to September, 21^st 2025.

NB: This extension applies only to bidders who have withdrawn the Tenders bide within the deadlines set during the first publication.
