The national company of oil products marketing and distribution NAFTAL SPA with a turnover of 40.000.000.000 DA – Fuels Branch- Technical and maintenance management, issues a National and international open invitation to tender regarding the:

Engineering, procurement, construction testing and commissioning of twenty four (24) fuel counting systems on Chiffa’s oil storage depot’s charging station

The tender package can be withdrawn upon publication on BAOSEM from:

HOUARI BOUMEDIENE AEROPORT-BP 70- DAR EL BEIDA- ALGIERS-ALGERIA

Against the payment of a non repayable amount of five thousand Algerian Dinars (DZD 5 000) concerning Algerian tenderers and fifty Euros (€50) concerning foreign tenderers. The payment shall be made by bank transfer into account N° 00200016160166050679 open at: Agence B.E.A - PALAIS DES EXPOSITIONS –LES PAINS MARITIMES-ALGIERS.

The bidding mode in two steps applies to the present invitation to tender.

1st step: delivery and opening of technical bids, submitted by the tenderer or a representative duly authorized and opened immediately at the opening session.

The opening session will take place the 25/06/2018 at 10 am at the following adress:

Fuels Branch, sis at 70 HOUARI BOUMEDIENNE Airport, Dar El Beida – Algiers.

Technical bid without any price indication and its copies must be handed over, in three separated envelopes bearing respectively the following marks:

«offre technique originale» for original bid; «offre technique copie 01 » for 1st copy and «offre technique copie 02 » for 2nd copy .

The outer envelope must be anonymous and must bear only the above stated address and the following mark:

The technical tenders accompanied by a tender bond of:
For Algerian tenderers: five hundred thousand Algerien Dinar (500 000 DA).

For foreign tenderers : five thousand Algerien Dinar (5 000 DA).

Whose validity duration is equal to the tenders validity duration, that is 120 days within an additional time of thirty 30 calendar days.

2nd step:

Delivery and opening of financial bids, submitted by the tenderer or a representative duly authorized and opened immediately at the opening session.

A letter of invitation specifying the place and date of financial bids’s opening session will be addressed only to the eligible tenderers to the commercial offer.
