INVITATION TO SUBMIT EXPRESSION

Of interest related to Automatic fire fighting system (Detection/Extinction) for Electrical substations and Control Rooms (level 1 and underground), Steam turbines, Oil units and cooling towers; this invitation is addressed to companies specialized in this type of systems.

SORFERT Algérie Spa is the owner of ammonia and urea synthesis Plants located in the Industrial Zone of Arzew, Oran, Algeria.The scope of this expression of interest “manifestation d’intérêt” is to alert the largest number of specialized companies to be ready to participate to above highlighted project (Engineering, Procurement, installation, Supervision, Commissioning and Tests of an automatic fire fighting system (Detection/Extinction) for electrical substations and control rooms (level 1 and underground ), steam turbines, oil units and two (02) cooling towers) witch will be launched very soon by SORFERT through an open international and national tender summarized as below:

Batch N°1: Turnkey proposal for a fire extinction system for two (02) cooling towers.

Batch N°2: Turnkey proposal for a fire detection system and extinction systems for steam turbines, oil units, electrical substations and control room.

Relevant interested Compagnies are requested to submit their interest to SORFERT Within 02 Weeks from Publication Date of this expression of interest.

In this context, said companies are invited to express their interest by email. The documents submitted under this expression of interest should include all legal documents relating to the interested company, and professional references demonstrating the actual experience of the company in similar types of project.

The said companies shall provide all required details as follows:

1-        Trade Register

2-        At least three (03) performance certificates over the five past years;

3-        Direct contacts and registered address of the company, including e-mail addresses.

4-        Company brochure.
