La Société SONATRACH, Activité Transport par Canalisation, Division Exploitation, Direction des Gazoducs Enrico MATTEI, informe l'ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National Ouvert N°10/TRC-EXP-GEM-MOG/2025
Entretien des espaces verts, en deux lots séparés au niveau de :
- Lot N 01 : Siège de la Direction des GEM-Oued Saf-Saf, Wilaya de Tébessa.
- Lot N 02 : Station de Compression SC2 Ain Naga, Wilaya de Biskra.
Paru au Baosem N° 2397 du 24/06/2025, qu’après, l’ouverture publique des plis et l’évaluation des offres techniques et financières le marché est attribué provisoirement aux soumissionnaires :
Lot 01 : SNC ESSOUHOUB STEPPE/ Bir El Ater, avec un montant de : 110 244 000, 00 DA HT ;
Lot 02 : EPE/ SPA Entreprise Horticole et Espace Verts (EHEV)/ Alger, avec un montant de : 78 870 464, 00 DA HT ;
Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par SONATRACH, peuvent introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis au Baosem, auprès de : SONATRACH, Activité Transport par Canalisation, Division Exploitation Direction des Gazoducs Enrico MATTEI.

تعلم شركة سوناطراك، نشاط النقل عبر الانابيب، فرع الاستغلال، مديرية انابيب الغاز انريكو ماتي، جميع المترشحين الذين شاركوا في المناقصة الوطنية المفتوحة رقم 10/TRC-EXP-GEM-MOG/2025 ، المتعلقة بـ:
صيانة المساحات الخضراء في حصتين منفصلتين:
- الحصة 01، مقر مديرية أنابيب الغاز – واد الصفصاف، ولاية تبسة
- الحصة 02، محطة ضغط عين الناقة SC2، ولاية بسكرة
الصادرة بالباوسم عدد 2397 بتاريخ 24 جوان 2025، انه بعد الفتح العلني وتقييم العروض التقنية والمالية، تم منح الصفقة مؤقتا الى المترشح:
الحصة 01: SNC ESSOUHOUB STEPPE / بئر العاتر لمبلغ: 110.244.000.00 دج /دون احتساب الرسوم.
الحصة 01: EPE/ SPA Entreprise Horticole et Espace Verts (EHEV) / الجزائر لمبلغ: 78.870.464.00 دج /دون احتساب الرسوم.
يمكن للمترشحين المعارضين للاختيار المقرر من طرف سوناطراك، تقديم طعن في غضون 05 أيام عمل ابتداء من تاريخ أول نشر للمنح المؤقت بالباوسم، لدى:
