SONATRACH National Company, Activity Transport by pipeline, Telecommunications Directorate) located in Industrial Zone of ARZEW BP N°03-Oran, issues a national and international open invitation to tender regarding the :

EPC F.O & On-Axis Transmission System In Amenas-ALRAR-HMD.

Office of withdrawal of Tender Documents, Procurement Department, Legal Department, SONATRACH - Pipeline Transport Activity - SIDI ARCINE - BARAKI - ALGIERS.

The Tender File can be withdrawn at the latest Twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice by any candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Thirty thousand Algerian Dinars (30.000 DZD) for Algerian companies or Two hundred Euros (200 €) for foreign companies.

Payment will be made by transfer to the bank account 002 00070 0702200269 80.

For foreign bidders, payment must be justified by a debit advice. If this is not possible, the SWIFT is covered by a confirmation of receipt of the costs by the BEA.

The two (02) steps submission method applies to this Invitation to Tender.

As part of the first stage of this call for tenders, the technical offers, without any price indication must be deposited in separate folds contained in the same fold, at the address, Zone Industrial of Arzew Wilaya of Oran-Algeria at the level of the General Order Office of the Telecommunications Directorate at the latest on 04/04/2022 à 09:30 local time.

The duration of preparation of the technical offers is Fifty-five (55) calendar days from the date of publication of the notice in the BAOSEM.

The technical offers are accompanied by a bid bond of twelve million (12.000.000,00) Algerian Dinars for Algerian companies or Seventy thousand (70 000 €) Euros for foreign companies whose duration of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, either One hundred and eighty (180) days with an additional period of (30) calendar days from the date of submission of technical offers.

The bid guarantee can be submitted by interested candidates on the day of the opening of the bids for the technical offers.

The envelopes containing the technical offers will be opened in the presence of the representative (s) of the tenderers who wish to do so at the opening session which will take place at the address of the Telecommunications Department located in the Industrial Zone of Arzew Wilaya of Oran - Algeria on 04/04/2022 at 10:00 local time.

The second stage bids containing the financial offers, will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representative (s) of the tenderers who so wish during the opening session which will take place on 11/07/2022, at the time and address mentioned in the invitation which will be sent only to bidders whose technical bids have been declared to comply with the requirements of the Invitation to Tender File.

Bidders will remain bound by their offers for a period of One hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the date of submission of technical offers.
