, Telecommunications Directorate) located in : Zone Industrielle d'Arzew BP n°03-31200 Oran, issues a national and international open invitation to tender regarding the :

EPC TETRA ALRAR-STAH-MERIKSEN Digital Radio Network System

1- Bidders interested in this Invitation to Tender may withdraw the tender dossier by e-mail by formulating an application together with the bank voucher and a copy of the commercial register on e- mail: spm.dtlc@sonatrach.dz,

Or at the level:

- Procurement Service of the Telecommunications Department located at the Arzew BP Industrial Zone No. 03 - 31200 - Arzew Wilaya of Oran-Algeria.

- Office of withdrawal of Tender Documents, Procurement Department, Legal Department, SONATRACH - Pipeline Transport Activity - SIDI ARCINE - BARAKI - ALGIERS.

The Tender Dossier can be withdrawn at the latest on 25/12/2019 at 15:00, by any candidate, against payment of a nonrefundable amount of Twenty thousand Algerian Dinars (20,000 DZD) for the companies of right Algerian or Two Hundred Euros (€ 200) for companies under foreign law. The payment will be made by transfer to the bank account IBAN 002 00070 07 022 00 269 80 - opened at the Bank of Algeria (BEA) agency of Arzew El Marsa - Oran-Algeria (the bank proof must be or name of the name of the tenderer and state the following: Withdrawal National and International Open Invitation to tender N°19/TRC/TLC/SDT/ETT/19/ NIN/INV.

2- The mode of submission in two (02) stages applies to this Invitation to Tender.

3- Under the first stage of this call for tenders, the technical offers without any indication of price must be deposited in folds, at the level of the General Bureau of the Direction Telecommunications at the latest the 07/01/2020 to 09H00.

4- The technical offers are accompanied by a bid deposit of Six Million two hundred Algerian Dinars (6,200,000 DZD) for the companies of right Algerian.

For foreign bidders an amount of forty-five Thousand Euro (€ 45,000), the duration of validity of the bid bond must be equal to the validity period of the offers, whether one hundred and eighty (180) days with an additional period of 30 calendar days. The bids for the first stage will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representative (s) who so wish at the opening session, which will be held at the address of the Telecommunications Division located at the Arzew Wilaya Industrial Zone of Oran. Algeria on 07/01/2020 at 10:00.

5- Bidders whose technical offers have been declared compliant will be invited to submit a financial offer.

6- The bids for the second stage containing the financial offers will be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who wish to attend or their duly appointed representatives at the opening and financial tender examination session which will take place at the date, time and address mentioned in the invitation, which will be sent only to bidders whose technical offers declared conform to the requirements of the Tender Documents.

7- Bidders will remain committed by their offers for a duration of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days from the date of delivery of the technical offers.
