SONATRACH National Company, Activity Transport by pipeline, Telecommunications Directorate) located in Industrial Zone of ARZEW BP N°03-31200 Oran, issues a national and international open invitation to tender regarding the :

The Tender File can be withdrawn at the latest Twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice, by any candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of twenty thousand Algerian Dinars (20.000 DZD) for Algerian companies or two hundred Euros (200 €) for foreign companies. Payment will be made by transfer to the bank account IBAN 002 00070 07 022 00 269 80 - opened at the Banque Extérieur d'Algérie (BEA) Branch of ARZEW EL MARSA - ORAN- ALGERIA (the bank proof must be in the name of tenderer’s company and bear the following mention: Withdrawal of National and International Open invitation to tender N°03/TRC/TLC/SDT/ETT/21/NIN/INV.

The two (02) steps submission method applies to this Invitation to Tender.

As part of the first stage of this call for tenders, the technical offers, without any price indication must be deposited in separate folds contained in the same fold, at the address, Zone Industrial of ARZEW Wilaya of ORAN-ALGERIA at the level of the General Order Office of the Telecommunications Directorate at the latest on 31/05/2021 at 09:00 local time.

The technical offers are accompanied by a bid bond of height million (8.000.000,00) Algerian Dinars for Algerian companies or fifty-two hundred (52 000 €) Euros for foreign companies whose duration of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, either one hundred and eighty (180) days with an additional period of 30 calendar days, either a total of (210) days from the date of submission of technical offers.

The envelopes containing the technical offers will be opened in the presence of the representative (s) of the tenderers who wish to do so at the opening session which will take place at the address of the Telecommunications Department located in the Industrial Zone of Arzew Wilaya of Oran - Algeria on 31/05/2021 at 10:00 local time.

Bidders whose technical offers have been declared compliant will be invited to submit a financial offer.

The second stage bids containing the financial offers, will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representative (s) of the tenderers who so wish during the opening session which will take place on the date, time and address mentioned in the invitation which will be sent only to bidders whose technical bids have been declared to comply with the requirements of the Invitation to Tender File.

Bidders will remain bound by their offers for a period of One hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the date of submission of technical offers.
