La Société SONATRACH, Activité Transport Par Canalisation, Direction Télécommunications sise à la Zone Industrielle d’Arzew-Wilaya d’Oran, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres N°07/TRC/TLC/TEC/ETT/24/NIN/INV, publié sur le BAOSEM N°2333 du 17/12/2024, portant sur :

EPC Mise à niveau des systèmes de transmission, SCADA et instrumentation GR1/GR2/GR4/GR6

Que le contrat a été attribué provisoirement au GROUPEMENT CHINA NATIONAL AERO-TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING CORPORATION (CAIEC) & SUPCON, pour un montant total en hors taxes de Quatre Cent Quatre-Vingt-Sept Million Huit Cent Quatre-Vingt-Dix-Neuf Mille Sept Cent Dix Dinars Algériens et Soixante Sept Centimes (487 899 710.67 DZD en HT).

Critère de choix : le moins disant.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de la Direction Télécommunications dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis dans le BAOSEM, en comportant les informations suivantes :

-Les noms (prénoms), qualité, fonction, raison sociale et adresse du siège social du Soumissionnaire ;

-La référence et l'objet de l'appel d’offres ;

-Un exposé des motifs du recours, daté et signé, accompagné de toutes pièces justificatives.

The SONATRACH National Company, Pipeline Transport Activity, Telecommunications Division located at the Arzew BP N°03 -31004 Industrial Zone, informs all tenderers who have participated in the National and International Open tender N°07/TRC/TLC/TEC/ETT/24/NIN/INV for:

EPC Upgrade of transmission systems, SCADA and instrumentation GR1/GR2/GR4/GR6

Published in the BAOSEM N°2333 of the 17/12/2024, that:

The contract has been provisionally awarded to CHINA NATIONAL AERO-TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING CORPORATION (CAIEC) & SUPCON for a total amount excluding value added tax Four Hundred eighty-seven Million eight-Hundred ninety nine Thousand seven Hundred ten Algerian Dinars and sixty-seven centimes (487 899 710.67 DZD without taxe).

Criterion of choice: the lowest bidder.

Any tenderer contesting this choice may lodge an appeal with the Telecommunications Division within five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM and containing the following information:

-The surnames (first names), quality, function, company name and address of the Bidder's registered office;

-The reference and subject of the invitation to tender;

-A statement of the grounds for the appeal, dated and signed, accompanied by all supporting documents
