HYPROC SHIPPING COMPANY Spa, BP 7200 ES SEDDIKIA 31025 ORAN, is issuing an open international pre-qualification notice No. 03/HYPROC SC/MO/PROCUREMENT /2025 for:

The establishment of an international supplier database for various supplies for the HYPROC SHIPPING COMPANY fleet.

Areas of activity:

Candidates can bid for one or more lots.

Candidates interested in this international call for prequalification can, as soon as it is published in Baosem, two national dailies and Hyproc’s SC website, obtain a copy of the prequalification specifications from the ’La Cellule Centrale des Marchés’’ (CCME) from HYPROC SHIPPING COMPANY at the address: ZHUN USTO - BP 7200 Es-Seddikia- Oran 31025 Algeria, against the payment of 50 Euros, free of any charges and letter of mandate.

The payment and/or the transfer must be made to the bank account of HYPROC SHIPPING COMPANY domiciled with:

The deadline for submitting applications is 08 /12 /2025 at 12:00 noon. Any bids received after the deadline will be rejected.

If the deadline for submitting applications falls on a public holiday or statutory day off, it will be extended to the next working day.

Applications will be opened on 11 /12 /2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the headquarters of HYPROC S.C - Arzew.

Only the receipt stamp of the General Registry Office (B.O.G) of HYPROC SC, affixed to the envelopes, shall be considered valid.

Any application that does not meet the qualification criteria in accordance with the conditions of participation will be rejected for non-compliance.

Once the applications have been processed on the basis of the specifications, candidates whose applications are declared compliant will be placed on HYPROC SC's shortlist for a period of five (05) years.
