Relatif à

« Etude de base pour l’optimisation de la capacité de production GNL des Complexes GL1K et GL3Z durant les pics de température »

La Société Nationale SONATRACH, Activité Liquéfaction et Séparation, Division Investissements Direction Suivi Réalisation des Projets Gaz, porte à la connaissance des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert N°05/SH/LQS/INV/RGZ/2022 relatif à :

« Etude de base pour l’optimisation de la capacité de production GNL des Complexes GL1K et GL3Z durant les pics de température »,

 paru initialement dans le BAOSEM N° 2092 du 01/18/2023, ayant fait l’objet de deux (02) prorogations délais, dont la dernière jusqu’au 04/23/2023 (BAOSEM 2123 du 04/16/2023), qu’à l’issue de l’ouverture et l’évaluation des offres financières, le contrat est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire classé le mieux disant, ayant obtenu la meilleure notation 80,74, suite à un processus de pondération à savoir :

La société EPPM Construction Tunisie, pour un montant de Cinq Cent Trente-Deux Mille Huit Cent Dollars Us (532 800 $) soit la Contrevaleur en Dinars de Soixante Et Onze Millions Huit Cent Quatre-Vingt-Deux Mille Dix-Neuf Dinars Algériens et trente-six centimes (71 882 019.36 DA).

Les soumissionnaires contestant le résultat du processus d’appel d’offres, peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la parution du présent avis sur le BAOSEM.

National and International Open Call for Tenders N°05/SH/LQS/INV/RGZ/2022

Related to

“Basic study for optimizing the LNG production capacity of the GL1K and GL3Z Complexes during temperature peaks”

The National Company SONATRACH, Liquefaction and Separation Activity, Investments Division Monitoring Management of Gas Projects, informs the bidders who participated in the national and international open call for tenders No. 05/SH/LQS/INV/RGZ/ 2022 relating to:

“Basic study for the optimization of the LNG production capacity of the GL1K and GL3Z Complexes during temperature peaks”,

Initially published in BAOSEM No. 2092 of 18/01/2023, having been the subject of two (02 ) deadline extensions, the last of which until 23/04/2023 (BAOSEM 2123 of 04/16/2023), that at the end of the opening and evaluation of the financial offers, the contract is provisionally awarded to the highest ranked bidder, having obtained the best rating 80.74, following a weighting process namely:

The company EPPM Construction Tunisia, for an amount of Five Hundred and Thirty-Two Thousand, Eight Hundred US Dollars ($532,800) or the equivalent in Dinars of Seventy-One Million, Eight Hundred and Eighty-Two Thousand, Nineteen Algerian Dinars and thirty -six centimes (71,882,019.36 DA).

Bidders contesting the result of the call for tenders process may lodge an appeal within five (05) working days from the publication of this notice on BAOSEM.
