L’Entreprise Nationale de Grands Travaux Pétroliers « ENGTP », Direction Engineering, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participer à la Consultation suscitée, portant la prestation :
ETUDE ENGENNIRING
Que le contrat a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire PEGAZ ENGINNERING déclaré le Mieux -disant selon les critères arrêtés dans le dossier de consultation restreinte pour un montant de 44 100 000,00 DA avec un délai de Six (06) mois.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au :
PRESIDENT DE LA COMMISION DE CONTROLE DE CONFORMITE
Contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin.

that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer « PEGAZ ENGINNERING » declared the Best offer , according to the criteria set out in the restricted consultation file for an amount of 44.100.000.00 DZD with a deadline of 06 months .
The tenderers questioning this awarding may introduce recourse addressed to

filed against acknowledgement of receipt at the structure, in the 05 working days utmost as of the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM.

بمبلغ : 44 100 000,00 دج
يجوز لأي مترشح معترض على هذا المنح المؤقت للعقد ان يقدم طعن موجه الى رئيس لجنة مراقبة المطابقة
مع وصل الاستلام على مستوى المديرية خلال خمسة 05 أيام مفتوحة ابتدا من تاريخ نشر هذا الاشعار في مجلة المناقصات
