Exploratory drilling Block Kafra-Grein-Kafra, Niger in « turnkey » mode

Sonatrach International Petroleum Exploration & Production Corporation (SIPEX BVI) invites all prequalified candidates for the "Turnkey" mode as listed in the prequalification results notice N° 01/SIPEX BVI/2019 for: the implementation of drilling in various management modes (published in BAOSEM No. 1738 on 25/03/2020) to submit their bids within the framework of the selective tender N° 01/SIPEX BVI/2023 launched by SIPEX Niger Branch SARL for:

Exploratory drilling in Block Kafra-Grein-Kafra, Niger in « Turnkey » mode

The Bidding Package can be collected or obtained from:

SIPEX BVI, Algiers Office, 43, Micro Zone d'Activité, Said Hamdine, Algiers, Algeria

Upon written request letter issued by the candidate along with the confidentiality letter attached herewith (model in the bidding package).

As part of this selective tender, which is planned to be a single-stage process, technical and financial bids must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes enclosed within the same sealed envelope. Technical bids should not contain any price indications.

The deadline for submitting bids is set at Thirty (30) days from the date of publication in BAOSEM.

The bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 100,000 USD, with a validity period of One Hundred and Fifty (150) days, equal to the validity period of the bids (120 calendar days from the deadline for bid submission) extended by an additional period of Thirty (30) calendar days.

The bids will be opened during an opening session at the SIPEX BVI office in Algiers, with the presence of duly authorized representative(s) from the bidding candidates who wish to attend.

The date for the bid opening session will be communicated at a later time.

Bidders shall remain bound by their offers for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) calendar days from the deadline for bid submission.
