NOTICE FOR A RESTRICTED NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDERS
N° TFT II-19-025-FOR
Groupement Tin Fouyé Tabenkort, acting as Operator on behalf of association between: SONATRACH, TOTAL E&P ALGERIE and REPSOL, governed by Presidential Decree No. 18-239 of October 09, 2018, launches a restricted national & international Call For Tenders for the provision of the following:

This call for tenders is intended to ONLY Drilling and Wells Services companies specialized in the activity and having the following mandatory minimum requirements:
Able to demonstrate at least 2 years of activities in the subject domain (Fishing services & equipment and downhole tools) in Algeria
Having presence, operational experience and operational base in Algeria at least for 24 months
Having the capacity and resources (personnel and Fishing equipment) to perform operations in 2 RIGS simultaneously
Having an operational base located less than 500 km away from TFT (TIN FOUYE TABANKORT) Filed in the south east of Algeria
Not planning to subcontract the main services and equipment to third party.

This Call for Tenders will be conducted in Two (02) separate phases (Technical Phase 1 then after the Commercial Phase 2. Tenderers shall submit complying with Instructions to TENDERERS its technical bid in a double sealed envelope. This outer envelope must solely bear the following mark, at risk of rejection:

The Updated Closing Date for receipt of Tenders is fixed to thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION on BAOSEM (day of publication included). Any Tender received after the above mentioned Closing Date shall not be accepted.
All direct and indirect costs borne by Tenderers in taking part in this tendering process will be at their own expense.
