Cosider Construction Company is launching a national and international restricted call for tenders for a turnkey supply of four (04) reinforced concrete storage silos with a capacity of 100,000 T for the projects located in:
- OUM BOUAGHI (ZORG)
- BATNA (EL MADHER)
- MASCARA (INDUSTRIAL ZONE)
- ORAN (EL KARMA/HASSI LABIOD)
This call for tenders is addressed to companies specializing in the manufacture and/or sale of equipment, providing the supply, installation and commissioning of silo equipment, that meet the following conditions:
a. Sole bidder:
The bidder must provide proof of experience, in the form of at least one certificate of satisfactory performance, having fully equipped one storage silo with a capacity equal to or greater than 30,000 T during the last ten (10) years.
The bidder must have achieved an average annual turnover, over the last five (5) years, equal to or greater than DZD2,000,000,000.
b. Joint venture bidder:
Joint venture members must provide proof of experience, in the form of at least one certificate of satisfactory performance, having fully equipped one storage silo with a capacity equal to or greater than 30,000 T during the last ten (10) years.
The joint venture, as a whole, must have achieved an average annual turnover, over the last five (5) years, equal to or greater than DZD2,000,000,000.
This call for tenders consists of a single lot for a turnkey equipment contract (supply, installation, and commissioning) for four (04) storage silos with a total capacity of one hundred thousand (100,000) tons and a a throughput of 300 t/h. Bidders must submit a bid for the four (04) silo units.
Companies interested in this notice may collect the specifications from the Cosider Construction Company General Directorate, Subcontracting Department, located at route de Dar El Beïda - Algiers, upon payment of ten thousand dinars (DZD10,000) at the National Bank of Algeria (BNA), branch 612 Dar El Beïda.
