The ministry of the national defense launches an open invitation to tender national and International for:
Supply of accessories and spare parts for the maintenance of radiotelephony means
The enterprises interested by the present invitation to tender can present themselves at the seat of:
MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE DIRECTION OF THE FINANCIAL SERVICES OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE SCHEDULE OF CONDITION TAGARINS - ALGIERS
To withdraw the schedule of conditions against payment of the sum of ten thousand Algerian Dinars (10.000,00 AD), for the companies with Algerian law, and there equivalence of devise for the foreign companies to be paid on the account tresor nº 201.007.07.10, (RIB 008970011299997001-65), open near the Central Tresor/Algiers and the count SWIFT/BIC BALGDZAL RTGS 9713000000, open near the bank of Algeria, to the name of "various product of the state budget".
The persons or entities, interacted can to address for the withdrawal of the schedule conditions provided of a:
- One (01) copy identity pieces under validity;
- One (01) letter of accreditation delivered by the tendered;
- One (01) copy of the register of trade with electronic code of the company;
- The original copy of the payment of the due sum, and of the slip of exchange contract, for the foreign companies; tenders containing the documents and documents required in tender specifications must be split into three (03) parts:
- One (01) candidate file including the documents required in the tender specifications;
- One (01) The technical offer including the documents required by the tender specifications;
- One (01) The financial and commercial including the documents required by the tender specifications.
The application from is inserted in an anonymous envelope separated from that of the technical and financial offers and including on the outside the mention "the application from-invitation to tender National and International open Nº. 702 /2024/PA2 - object of invitation to tenders ".
The technical and financial offers shall be inserted in two separated envelopes, anonymous and closed, indicating on the outside of each respectively the mention "Technical tender - not to be opened -National and International Invitation to Tender Open Nº 702 ./2024/PA2 - object of the invitation to tenders" and "financial offer - not to be opened National and International Open Invitation to Tender Nº 702/2024/PA2 - object invitation to tenders".
The envelopes containing the of candidate file, the technical and financial offers, must be sent in a sealed envelope to the following address:
DIRECTION OF THE FINANCIAL SERVICES COMMISSION FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS AND OPENING OF APPLICATIONS B.P 184- ALGIERS Gare - ALGERIA
The letter exterior must be strictly anonymous and should include the following mention inevitably:
"Submission" - NOT TO BE OPENED - NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER Nº 702 /2024/PA2
